About us

DOES THE SUBJECT COUNT FOR ANYTHING? WHY IS ADMATHS NECESSARY? WHY START IN GRADE 9 ALREADY? DOES FORMAL TESTING TAKE PLACE? WHICH CONTENTS ARE COVERED? WHEN DOES THE 2018 PROGRAMME START? WHAT IS REQUIRED? MORE REASONS WHY ADMATHS MUST BE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED DO LEARNERS OBTAIN RECOGNITION?

Advanced Programme Mathematics, offered by the Independent Examination Board (IEB), is accredited by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) as a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) level 5 enrichment programme. It is the only matric level advanced mathematics certificate in South Africa with this accreditation. The Advanced Programme Mathematics exam is also quality assured by UMALUSI.

The AdMaths programme covers the contents of this curriculum, but we also teach additional topics. We register our learners at the beginning of matric for the Advanced Programme Mathematics final exam. The certificate is issued by the IEB after successful taking of the exam.

WITS and UJ are currently the only universities considering APMaths at admission.

The Grade 12 2018 registration fee for the Advanced Programme Mathematics exam is R875.
